feat: 统一远程资源地址并新增售票机/补票机安装更新脚本

将所有现有文件的远程下载链接替换为Gitea仓库固定提交d6aa03d3的直接地址，移除原有签名验证参数；新增售票机、补票机的安装与更新脚本文件。
